We are planning to design a custom carrier board for the Orin AGX module. Our intent is to use the Developer Kit Carrier Board Design Files (A05) as the basis for our custom design that we will send to our PCB vendors to quote and build. These NVDIA design files are marked as confidential and require NVDIA written permission.
How do we get permission to use the design files to create our own?
You should make your own design files based on the reference, not just use it directly.
