I have installed the TREGA NVPACK for Android on my Windows. I want to use the cygwin terminal but I see only two ICO files in the cygwin folder. These seem to be the kind of executables that run when double-clicked, but I only get the ‘Windows application to open with’ selector menu.
What do I do?
