[D3D11VA/DXVA] H264_VLD_NoFGT GUID has no High10/High422 support on Blackwell GPU

Blackwell GPUs’ NVDEC brings support for up to H.264 8K High10/High422 profiles. However, the H.264_VLD_NoFGT GUID does not report any support for P010, YUY2, and Y210 pixel formats.

Please consider adding these, as most video players on Windows access the NVDEC via D3D11VA/DXVA interface. Exposing this solely through the Video Codec SDK interface is insufficient for users to take advantage of the new hardware features of Blackwell GPUs when playing High10/High422 videos.

I second this, please add h264 10-bit support for D3D11VA/DXVA, so media players like MPC-BE, MPC-HC, PotPlayer will have h264 10-bit H/W decoding too.
