Today (4/30/10) the NewEgg Shell Shocker is the GT 240 from MSI, 128 Bit, with 1 GB of GDDR5 memory, for $59.99 after $30 rebate, with free shipping. Deal will probably only last until noon PST. Limit 3 per customer.
The only downside I see is that it is a two slot wide card, not the single width like some other 240 cards.
