decodeToBuffer decode jpeg is error, and very slow

some jpeg image decode by decodeToBuffer is error, and very slow. but some jpeg image decode by decodeToBuffer is correct and very fast. Why?

Hi,
We have verified the function in each release, so the issue might be specific to some JPEG files. You may attach the file and a command of running 06_jpeg_decode. We can run the command to replicate it and do investigation.
