I have registered for “Data Augmentation and Segmentation with Generative Networks for Medical Imaging"
using my gmail account and I did pay for it. Later on I created a Nvidia account and joint it with the google one. Now I don’t have access to my courses when I login to my account.
I really appreciate it if you can help me.

Have you tried resetting your password on the account? Can you send me in a private message the other email address originally used? I will see what I can find on my end.
