nvmultiurisrcbin plugin is developed for the REST API server support. DeepStream With REST API Sever (Alpha) — DeepStream 6.2 Release documentation

The REST API server is only alpha version and supported only on x86. Please read page 3 of DeepStream SDK 6.2 for NVIDIA dGPU/X86 and Jetson
