Deepstream 6, ROI selection object detection in a flow video usage

Hi,
I would know if is it possible to make use of Deepstream for a select ROI object in a flow video?
Like a tracking learning detection, under c++ and opencv.
NO pre-learning about ROI object selected.

I have a camera flux video.
I design an object in a frame with mouse.
I want to track this selected object in my ROI choice.
(using deepstream …)

Can you share some video to show “flow video”? Can you share what kind of object do you want to tracking? Do you have any model for it?

Flux video is a video stream sending by a camera.
Object maybe a bird or any kind of inside the ROI in the box select.
They are no model of apriori object type.
