NVIDIA’s Webinar on Deepstream made a reference to a 3rd party ALPR plugin.

Where can I find this?

Also, the Jetson release of DeepStream 1.5 has some mention of a face detector plugin. Has anyone got this to work?

face detector plugin is nvidia internal project.

You should report this question in Deepstream for tegra, right ? :)
