After using Deepstream SDK can we transmit the video through transmitter and receiver.we have no ethernet or WIFI Connection. if yes How could it do?

Ooh. Nice. You will have to ask DJI if they have existing gstreamer elements. If not, you will powsibly have to write your own sources/sinks using their SDK.
