I have a question regarding the Deepstream EULA. We are considering using Deepstream as part of an app that would be used for medical use (diagnostic aid). As stated in the Deepstream EULA:
” Unless you have an agreement with NVIDIA for this purpose, you may not use the SDK with any system or application where the use or failure of the system or application can reasonably be expected to threaten or result in personal injury, death, or catastrophic loss. Examples include use in nuclear, avionics, navigation, military, medical, life support or other life
critical applications. […]”.
Who can I contact to discuss any potential agreement with Nvidia?
