Deepstream Occupancy Analytics NVDSAnalytics Counting Accuracy

Hi,

We are using the occupancy analytics application to detect and count people at the entrance and exit of stores. When we run the app on the frames below, we get accurate detections of people but the counting accuracy is very low.

We set the counting mode to “loose” and the line counting to “extended”. In the frame at the top, for example, the vertical green line at the right of the door line is the “Entry” direction, and the one on the left is the exit direction, both pointing directly at the door line(counting line).

How would you recommend we fix this problem?

Please do testing this on JetPack4.6 with Deepstream6.0 first.
