Default power mode change reason between L4T 35.1 and newer releases

Hi, in L4T 35.1 the default power mode for all Orin device types was MAXN (0) according to the L4T 35.1 documentation..

Afterwards, starting with L4T 35.3.1 the default power mode was switched from MAXN (0) to 15W or 30W depending on the module type, and has stayed the same up until now, in Jetpack 6.

Can you provide context into this change of the default power mode and the reasons behind it?

That’s just to have balance for all suppoprted Orin family, no any specific reason.
