Detect GMSL Cameras at Runtime?

Currently, GMSL cameras are only detected at boot time. If I disconnect/reconnect GMSL cameras, I have to reboot the system to pick up the new setup.

Is there a way to re-scan for connected GMSL cameras at runtime? I’m not looking for full-fledged hotplug support; just a way to avoid having to reboot after messing with the cameras.

For CSI interface camera don’t support hot plug in current design.
