Can anyone provide an suggestion

I would recommend upgrading to DRIVE OS 6.0.6, if you haven’t already done so. Upgrading to the latest version of the operating system often includes bug fixes, stability improvements, and enhancements that can help resolve such crashes. By upgrading, you may potentially overcome this issue and prevent similar crashes in the future.

@VickNV Hi. How can we solve or workaround this problem, due to other reasons, DRIVE OS can not be upgraded.

After checking with our team internally, you have another support channel instead of this forum. If you’re unsure, please contact your NVIDIA representative for further clarification.
