Hi, My DGX spark crashed and after i restarted it i notice my GPU when running at 94% the power usage is cap at 14W. is there a way to reset it?
Models running at very slow speed and the the Spark does not heat up as usual.

Turn it off, unplug the power brick from the wall to reset the controller inside it and then plug everything back in. And install the latest updates. This should help.
Yeah, it happened to me last night, almost pulled an all-nighter. I spent a bunch of hours with my new MSI spark trying to match the tg 50 t/s performance of QWEN3.5-35B-A3B FP8 on Spark Arena, tried ungodly number of things and was stuck at 28-29 t/s and it turns out that it was the same issue. My power was capped at 11 watts and the clock was 533 MHz. Earlier in the day I had done a bunch of updates using the dashboard, but I had never fully powered it down and unplugged. As soon as I did that, performance was awesome.
Really weird bug. Another weird thing was that I had two terabytes of some sort of hard drive test data with October 2025 timestamps on the hard drive just sitting there and taking up the space.
