I have an NVIDIA DGX Spark machine that has been unable to boot up since a power outage occurred sometime last week.
Here are the troubleshooting steps I have already attempted:
- Tested alternative power supply: I swapped the power brick with a known working adapter from another functioning DGX Spark, but the machine still shows no response and fails to power on.
- Checked airflow/fans: I monitored both the front and rear ventilation ducts, but there is absolutely no airflow, meaning the internal cooling fans are not spinning at all.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue after a sudden power cut? What could be the potential root cause (e.g., motherboard damage, internal capacitor failure)?
