DGX Spark Failure – Unable to Power On

The DGX Spark is unable to power on properly. After connecting the power adapter and pressing the power button, the system powers on for a few seconds and then automatically shuts down.

We also replaced the power adapter with one from another DGX Spark that is functioning normally, but the issue persists and the behavior remains the same.

How to troubleshoot or resolve this issue?

im afraid that looks like an rma - if its not the power brick

Good luck with this, it’s been almost two months and no replacement. Let me know if you have a better experience with this than me.
