I am posting this issue as instructed by NVIDIA Customer Care.
First observed problem:
We encountered an issue where the system shuts down unexpectedly when running high‑load workloads such as VLM startup and GPU Burn,the unit simply powers off.
Subsequent DGX‑Spark Fielding test results:
After that, we ran the DGX‑Spark Fielding tests on the same unit:

During the first test run, the unit failed at the GPU Stress stage.

During the second test run, the unit failed at the PowerStress stage.

Problem summary:

System shuts down under high load (VLM startup, GPU Burn).

GPU Stress test fails.
-
PowerStress test fails consistently.

(Please find the collected logs and screenshots attached to this post. I have included logs from the GPU Stress failure, and the PowerStress failure.)
RMA request:
Based on the above failures, I am requesting RMA replacement for this unit. Please confirm or proceed with the RMA process.
