DGX Spark Release Updates?

Is this for a purchase in the US or another country?

Thank you for checking in!

Yes, it was a browser issue.

I use Comet Perplexity’s agentic browser, it may have been that or the Claude extension plug in.

Firefox didn’t like 2FA

Edge froze the same way.

I had to download Google Chrome (again) to get it processed through.

I’m now Order Number 10####

I wonder if over 100,000 DGX Sparks were ordered or if that’s the monthly or YTD NVIDIA marketplace orders.

NVIDIA is processing still so I’m not sure whether the 2-Day Fedex will have them arrive by Friday, or latest hopefully early next week!

What’s the turn around like for US orders from purchase to processing to shipped?

UK.

What shocks me isn’t that the roll-out is not global. What they said about a reservation, with a number and a quoted price, is not guaranteed to get an invitation to purchase is what is baffling.

It may as well have been a mailing list, then.

Other vendor Partners have started launching in addition to ASUS and Microcenter.

DELL and ThinkStation are now available for purchase with no unit cap per person albeit delivery is end of November from what I saw on DELL.

The Dell looks better value than the ASUS at £3214 exVAT with only 1TB

The Dell has 2TB and 4TB models available so that’ll be helpful for cost optimization when space isn’t needed for sure. Dell has US delivery dates for late end of November though, so not the fastest option.

It’s been almost 24 hours since I placed my order for the NVIDIA DGX Spark Bundle.

NVIDIA are processing orders within a 24-48 hour window, but I’m gutted that my Wednesday order may not be delivered by Friday as I had plans to set up everything this weekend …

I have bought a Dell Pro Max with GB10 in Germany, it is on the way, and I did not yet receive an invitation email from NVIDIA. R30k is my number.

Hey everyone,

I’ve seen a few posts from people in the US, UK, and Germany saying they’ve already received their DGX Spark.
I’m based in France and my reservation number is in the #13xxx range.

Just wondering — which countries have started getting deliveries, and what reservation IDs are being fulfilled so far?

Thank you for your interest in DGX Spark. Your reservation remains valid, and we truly appreciate your patience. We are temporarily out of stock but are working to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

I’m really not sure what to make of this response. You have no stock to offer me - someone who reserved on the first day R#3xxx - an invitation to purchase but there was somehow enough stock to provide to SCAN UK for general availability on 6 NOV.

What was the point of my reservation?

And another push back by ASUS (Germany):

Due to unforeseen complications during shipping, the item is currently unavailable nationwide. This delay affects not only your order but the entire German market.

The new estimated availability date is November 10, 2025. As soon as there are any updates, we will, of course, inform you immediately by email.

The ASUS device was actually supposed to be available starting today (November 3rd) outside the NVIDIA Marketplace.

Delivery before Xmas (outside US) seems be a challenge…

This is beginning to be a parody….

First reservations, then almost endless delay and small displays of YT snippets, launch webinars and further delays, to now, needless reservations, as US-bound customers can just walk in and buy in a store, while other nations are still presented with…. Even more delays and more frustration over needless / pointless reservations…

I could not have imagined a worse release of such a hyped product.

As good or groundbreaking these units are, the failed launch/release will always stand clear in the memory with the customers.

Period.

Can someone in the know just plainly spell it out? Are we ever actually going to get invitations to purchase?

UK here

I didn’t take up the offer after some negative press about performance. They haven’t given up though, just offered me another 4-day window two weeks later! Anyone else?

@paulknowler Sir, don’t give up! Ignore the naysayers! Please don’t look at performance only. Years ahead when today’s huge data centers will be the size of a DGX-Spark you’ll be glad of your purchase. Think of it as the Apple I of AI

Would you mind sharing the range of your reservation number and whether it was the Ascent GX10 or DGX Spark you booked?

I can’t even get the one invite…

Meanwhile in Germany (another mail from ASUS):

Unfortunately, we have to inform you once again that the estimated availability date for your item has been postponed. Due to ongoing shipping difficulties, the item is not yet available.

The new estimated availability date is now November 14, 2025.

Jesus christ.

I must admit, I am extremely patience in any normal instance, but I can not believe how poorly the release and launch of such a hyped product with even an reservation list, which seems to have been more of a product interest investigation, than a proper reserve system.

Lauching and release in open stores, before delivery to reservists and now even more delays on EU deliveries…

Patience is under extreme pressure.

In the low 13,000s and for the Spark 4GB

And their german webshop even states: “Dieses Produkt ist verfügbar am 19. November 2025”

Available on 19.11.2025… but not on the 20.11. and afterwards? 😜

I think I need more popcorn to watch the show…
