Update, ChatGPT helped me solve this. I swapped monitors and did a really thorough power drain for more than 30 minutes and it booted right up. I also disconnected my dongle which had previously connected my usb keyboard and mouse. Don’t know which part fixed it but I did all of the above and now it works.
Original issue listed below.
I’m powering on my DGX Spark for the first time. During power up I see an “NVIDIA Logo at the 17 second mark, then a spinner with the logo at the 23 second mark, then the spinner disappears after 10-15 seconds, then the logo disappears shortly after. When the logo disappears the spark stops sending video to the monitor as evidenced by the monitor showing it’s brand logo briefly, then the spark reconnects to the monitor with a black screen. I’ve confirmed power down and full G3 power reset multiple times. I was able to enter BIOS using esc during boot and was able to “restore optimal defaults” or something like that, but it did not work. Also, I’m not a developer, I’m a handyman (Bulletproof Handyman on YouTube) and I’m teaching myself. I went to GTC last year and got early access to order and I ordered during the early access phase and received it the next day so it’s a very early version. I think it was imaged in September of last year, I just haven’t tried to power it on until now. I don’t know how to code so talk to me like I’m a handyman, because I am. I’m a smart handyman but still, not a developer by any means. Able to enter bios
