DGX Spark won't power on

My DGX Spark won’t power on. I had done initial setup, started a project in nvidia workbench, and went to bed for the evening. When I came back to power on this morning, the system is just a brick. It won’t power on at all.

Any advice?

Following advice and steps of previous users who have described similar issues, here are steps I’ve taken to troubleshoot:

  • Unplugged for 3 hours

    • Tried multiple wall outlets, and in different rooms (breakers)

    • Tried holding ESC during power connection

    • Tried repeatedly pressing ESC during power connection

    • Tried holding DEL during power connection

    • Tried repeatedly pressing DEL during power connection

    • Removed all peripherals (keyboard, mouse, HDMI) and connected only power

    • Always using the included power adapter and cable

    • HDMI always connected directly to monitorTried holding DEL during power connection

Are you remotely ssh into the box? Do you have a physical monitor, keyboard, mouse attached? if so, what do you see?
