different driver type for usual GPUs will secondary GPU be treated as computing-device ?

In this presentation: http://developer.download.nvidia.com/CUDA/…te_Sept2010.mp4 I heard about special driver for Tesla that will treat GPU as accelerator and will avoid overhead caused by WDDM. Do any plans exist to provide same feature for usual GPUs installed as secondary GPU card w/o monitor attached (i.e., for computational needs only) ?
