Can you provide more details about your set up?

Hypervisor, how are the gpu’s configired in the VM, driver versions etc.

If you’re using vGPU, you may want to take a look at this video

Hi,
XS 6.5 sp1.Latest grid manager pack including drivers.
NVIDIA GRID VGPU SOFTWARE RELEASE 346.68/348.07
K220Q profile is used.

Changes in XenServer 6.5 means that it no longer reports all the information into dxdiag. This is expected behaviour and not indicative of any configuration issue.

Currently it’s not possible to monitor individual VM GPU utilisation when they are configured with vGPU. This is under investigation for future updates, but is currently not an option.

The WMI provider is not included in the vGPU driver which so you will not be able to measure any metrics in VM. GPU-Z extracts the data in a different way, and does so for the entire physical GPU, not for the resources used by the VM.
