I am using CentOS 6.8 (Xorg 1.17.4) and have trouble with the dri2 module.
Is there a way to prevent loading of the module by the nvidia driver?
(For the intel driver, setting Option “DRI” “1” in xorg.conf solves the problem,
but this does not work for the nvidia driver).
