Disable HDMI 2.0 support in Nano-based board?

The issue is described already in: Change HDMI capabilities

A follow on question to the solution - Is the driver code file ‘hdmi2.0.c’ open source and editable?

If so is there a way to entirely disable HDMI 2.0 support by editing the driver code?

Just want to clarify, there is no “disable HDMI 2.0 only”. We only have either disable hdmi or enable all hdmi.

This “hdmi” means both HDMI 1.4/2.0. You can only disable all, which means no display function. This driver totally not works. Something like that.
