Looks like you can still boot up with serial console but there is OC alarm.

Is the error you are talking about from the screen of HDMI monitor?

No the problem started connecting gps receiver using pl2303hxa serial converter. Sometimes it’s showing serial data and sometimes it’s not showing. Also if u click over terminal it will not open. Sometimes it’s shutdown by itself.

Ok, so there is no “Jetson not working properly.” issue here?

I’m actually trying to explain you that after I connect gps module using pl2303hxa serial converter jetson showing failed to start dispatcher demon for system network and showing a red ⛔ shine over task bar also Jetson not working properly.

Where did it show? Over the Ubuntu GUI of the monitor? Do you have a picture to show that?

Did you check the syslog when the error happened?

No I did not check syslog that day. I thought it was a small malfunction due to may be changing default python version changes.
