Displacement Causing Crasshes, 5.6/5.7

i I know what is causing it, but i dont know what specifically is causing it. as soon as i disable the displacement in my shaders the issue goes away.

this crash happens regardless of scene complexity. i think the issue is in tandem with nanite/rtx geometry and my layered material, though it is as simple as lerping between the 2 displacement maps based on the blending. which theres not really much complex math involed

ive tried both 5.6 and 5.7 and the issue is prevelant.

any guidance/help would be greatly appreciated
