Display Ports Not Detecting Monitors RTX 2000 Ada Generation and Ubuntu 22.04

I have been trying to get the display ports working from my RTX 2000 Ada Generation on Ubuntu 22.04. I have tried the 550, 560 drivers provided by ubuntu with no successes and various forms of breaking things on my system. The output of nvidia-smi is here. I left with the 560 driver bc that is what automatically installs with sudo ubuntu-drivers install. I just let that be for now. This is also a Dell Precision 3680 with an Intel i7-14700K .
