DLAA and alpha channel

I’ve been looking at DLAA/DLSS for our company which does virtual production and one of the thing we do is composite virtual objects into video. In the past we’ve used forward rendering and MSAA to create alpha masks for compositing but with new tech everything is now deferred post AA. DLAA provides really nice results but I was wondering if it works with a buffer with and alpha channel and anti aliases the alpha channel as you would expect? Primarily I am looking at this with Unreal but also just generally curious if it exists at all?
