DLI MyLearning progress is very inaccurate

Here are the issues that I’ve been dealing with so far:

  • I completed and received the certificate for “Learn OpenUSD: Learning About Stages, Prims, and Attributes” but it doesn’t move from courses in progress to completed courses
  • I completed and received the certificate for “Learn OpenUSD: Using Attributes” but it doesn’t move from courses in progress to completed courses
  • I completed “Learn OpenUSD: Working With Prims and Default Schemas” but haven’t received a certification or completion email
  • I emailed dli-support@nvidia.com on May 7th but still haven’t received a response

Can I get someone to please fix my account information?

This is normal behavior due to DLI Platform UI.

There should be a certificate though for the Working With Prims course – We will investigate and enable it if missing.
