DLSS/Frame Gen Flashing/Flicker in Pax Dei

Using the latest driver version 556.12 there’s flashing and flicker when using both DLSS and Frame Gen in Pax Dei.
Once the flicker happens you have to turn both off, or change for FSR for it to stop.
For some time after resetting settings game settings, or even restarting the game the flicker goes away temporarily but returns later.
It seems to be triggered by something, and then happens for the rest of the time you play until you restart game or reset settings, then it will come back 20 min later.

I have had flickering and flashing before in World of Warcraft but that wasn’t when using DLSS or Frame gen. It was related to Shaders since deleting the shader cache temporarily fixed it and disabling shader caching completely with Nvidia Inspector solved it. Not sure if they are related but it looks exactly the same when it happens.
