Do i get double environment light when i reference a scene into another one?

For seeing the usd scene properly, I often put a sky in usd scene before i try to set them up. I was wondering whenever I referenced the scene into other scene, Do I reference that sky light as well? So if i didn’t delete the sky in the referenced scene, I ended up with having 2 skies lighting the later scene without noticing?

If it’s a dome light object, then it will be referenced. You can always hide it so it’s not a problem.

If you are using the Environments HDRI asset in the Environment Tab to create the skylight then it will not be duplicated be it reference or inserting as sublayer.
