according to the item details, this camera board should be hardware synchronize pin for dual sensors.
you may also refer to Argus sample application, which issue dual software capture request simultaneously.
for example,

Is there some sort of hardware synchronization between the dual Camera MIPI CSI-2 DPHY lanes in the Jetson Nano V2 or not?

What software sychronisation mechanisms can i do and what accuracy do i achieve?
