Hello,
I opened a brand new Xavier
Connected to the power supply, pressed the power button and nothing.
No light, no response.
Tried a different power supply, still nothing.
Even tried USB-C power supply.
Still doesn’t power on.
Assuming you used the power supply which comes with the devel kit, then you would see the white LED between the USB-C connector and the 2x40 header. Just for testing purposes you might try a few rapid taps on the power on button. However, lack of the LED using the provided supply tends to imply it is time to RMA. If you go hear and search for “RMA” you will find RMA instructions near the top:
