Hi there and thanks for the question. However, looking at your log screen shot, it does actually show that the nucelus cache 2.7.3 was successfully pulled in 4.1 seconds. If look like you are having trouble pulling "graffic/logrotate which fails after 28 seconds. I would need a lot more context. I need to know more about your system specs and what you are trying to do. grafific/logrotate is not part of Omniverse and so if that is your error, we cannot help you here with that.
