Is there any update on providing Docker support with GPU on the Xavier Drive Kit as mentioned in POST?
It would greatly improve our workflow.

Main problems are that we need to run ROS, OpenCV and PyTorch, preferably on a native Python3 OS (20.04 LTS) and I haven’t found a way of doing that on the native Drive Kit. Using Docker would make this a breeze because we have these images ready to go within our team.

Hi @lucas.vandijck,

The upcoming DRIVE OS release will contain docker containers. Thanks.

Will these support GPU and do you have an idea about the timing of the next release?

Yes, they will support GPUs.
For the timing question, because we don’t communicate it in the forum, please contact your nvidia representative. Sorry for any inconvenience.

The release is available now. Please check NVIDIA DRIVE OS 5.2.6 Linux SDK Now Available | NVIDIA Technical Blog. Thanks.

@lucas.vandijck,

Sorry for the above misinformation. Target docker container isn’t part of this release yet.
