Documentation new APIs on r28.1

Hi Guys,

I wish to use new APIs on r28.1. Could anyone please guide me on how to access the documentation for the same ?

Please let me know how to understand the working of NvBuffer and implementation of queue, callback and mutex lock. Are there any samples which make use of new APIs on r28.1 which I can refer to ?
