Documentation of tegra camera vi/csi files

I’d like to know if there is a kind of documentation for a better understanding of the files contained in

kernel/nvidia/drivers/media/platform/tegra/camera/

For example, I’d like to understand better the files vi4_fops.c, cs4_fops.c, … But I see no documentation anywhere.

Sorry to tell there’s no this kind of document currently.
However you can check the v4l2 framework and vb2 buffer to know it well.
