Does JetPack 4.4 include nvjpegenc patch?

There are currently patches to R32.3.1 that appear to solve the memory leak and freezing. Were those rolled into R32.4.2?

Hi,
The patch for nvjpegenc is in r32.4.2.
For MJPEG decoding, we suggest use nvv4l2decoder mjpeg=1.
