Does Jetson Linux 38.4 include uinput module? Please check with "modinfo uinput"

I need to interface Jetson Thor with a USB touch screen, which require uinput kernel module. Is it included in the newest Jetson Linux 38.4?

Can someone run modinfo uinput on the Thor to check?
