Does Jetson Tegra K1 have LPDDR3 structure?

I am interested in TK1, but I want to understand the structure of TK1 LPDDR3.
Can anyone tell me where I can buy TK1 with LPDDR3.

I’m not sure what you mean by ‘the structure of TK1 LPDDR3’ but here’s what I know

The Jetson TK1 board has 4 modules of 4Gb (256Mx16) each amounting to a total of
2GB memory with a x64 interface.

LPDDR3 part info:
MEM P8E8 DDR3L SDRAM 933MHz 1.35V 256MX16 FBGA-96 HYNIX
Part No: H5TC4G63AFR-RDA

For info on where to buy the jetson-tk1 visit https://developer.nvidia.com/jetson-tk1 and click the “buy now” button or “international orders” depending on your location.

Hi, this link says that Jetson Tk1 supports both LPDDR3 and DDR3L.
The official webpage shows Jetson TK1 only has 2GB memory.

Can you provide more information about the memory of Jetson TK1?

Dose it have both LPDDR3 and DDR3L? Or we can choose one between them?

Thanks

Looks like Jetson TK1 (I say what we can buy from Nvidia) only has 2GB.
But I don’t how much is LPDDR3 and how much is DDR3L.

Could your please provide any information for this?

Thanks

You can find all the info you need in the technical reference manual:
https://developer.nvidia.com/tegra-k1-technical-reference-manual

More specifically, pages 642 and up

Jetson tk1 specific implementation is explained here:
http://developer.download.nvidia.com/embedded/jetson/TK1/2014-03-24/JetsonTK1_ModuleSpecification_PM375_V1.01.pdf

If I buy a Jetson TK1 board, can I replace the memory to LPDDR3 by myself?

I’m not an expert on this but the memory uses an FBGA-96 mount so replacing it will be very hard at best.

The technical document ( brief.pdf ) notes that the Jetson TK1 should not be used to evaluate the TK1 for many reasons, one of them being the fact that it does not utilize LPDDR3.

I belive that is a more complex/expensive hardware component that is reserved for the truly mobile applications…

1st … read the Jetson Specification…
2nd… you CAN NOT remove and change the DDR because IT IS EMBEDED in the board…
both things are in the JETSON info
you also heve parts information that are ON the board listed in EXCEL
