Does Nvidia Plugins remove GstMeta?

Tried adding GstMeta but when I add GstMeta on non-nvidia plugins pipeline, I can get them at the sink but if I add nvidia plugins to the pipeline I cannot get the metadata.

Does nvidia plugins remove GstMeta?

The metadata is removed by nvv4l2decoder. Attached a probe at the src and sink. At the sink I can get it but cannot get it add src. Should it remove the metadata, if so, how can I add the metadata.
