Does NvidiphysX support collision between different pieces of cloth?

I’m using physX SDK 2.8.1.
I created two ballons made of physX cloth but they just went through with each other.
I doubt whether physX supports the collision between different pieces of cloth.
I know collision between cloth and rigid body and self-collision in cloth are available.

SDK 2.8.1 does not support cloth-cloth collisions.
SDK 3.3 will support that, but PhysX3 cloth solver has its own limitations.
