Does nvinferserver supports padding without resizing (enlarging small) input

I have tried NvBufSurfTransformInter_Bilinear, NvBufSurfTransformInter_Nearest but scaled image does not look identical to existing scale using OPENCV.

Is there any provision "cv2.INTER_AREA" in nvinfereserver methods?
