Does orin MIPI CSI need to set Hsync and Vsync?

I think this behavior are unreasonable.
That would cause no match cause the problem.
You need to configure the Max9xxx to output corresponding vc-id data for each video.
Like open video0 the max9xxx should only allow vc-id=0, during this time if any others vc-id data would cause no match error.
