Doesn't boot even in recovery

when trying to install jetpack at the instruction “sudo apt dist-upgrade” when prompted with different options I pressed D to view the difference after this it completely froze. I tried to reboot but it doesn’t want to turn on anymore (does power and fan on max not output to screen) and doesn’t want to go in recovery mode anymore.

Not sure but maybe you should use a debug interface like the USB Micro-B port for debugging and from there you can try to fix it in the terminal.
