Download SDK target component without using SDK manger or Host compter

Can i download sdk target component after i flash my jetson nano without adding sdk component. now i have flashed without target component to my jetson nano and now i can see it working properly my jetson nano when i conncet to internet and monitor. can i download and install those component to my jetson nano using my jetson without using any other computer?
