Looking for a way to perform an offline firmware update for the Mellanox SN2100 switch. None of the related articles or user guides provide updated or usable links for whatever the new process is.

The SN2100 is a managed switch platform, running NVIDIA Onyx. Installing/upgrading NVIDIA Onyx will also upgrade switch firmware as part of the upgrade process.
To upgrade NVIDIA Onyx, you will need to obtain the relevant software from the NVIDIA Enterprise Support Portal downloads section. This requires a valid Enterprise Support entitlement.
Once there, you will need to navigate to:
- Switches and Gateways
- SN2000 Series
- SN2100
You will be presented with a page requesting your current version, your target version, and platform type (always x86_64 for this model). The below example image shows a valid upgrade path from 3.9.3220 to 3.10.4800 (5-hop upgrade):
You will need to follow the instructions in the NVIDIA Onyx User Manual to complete the process.
