RTX Video already upscales lower resolution video but what if it would replace the downsampling filter used aswell? If it is already possible to replace the upsampling filter it seems like downsampling should be aswell. Benefits would be artifact reduction, improved clarity, and detail reconstruction already introduced by the RTX Video filter.
